Snow Lantern Studio provides seasonal winter home decoration products and services, including curated artisan ornaments, LED lighting systems, rental packages, installation services, and AR preview technology. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Product Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or services are provided.

Rental Services Terms
Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted. You are responsible for any damage or loss of rental items during the rental period. Late return fees may apply as specified in your rental agreement.
Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled return date. Extensions may be available subject to availability and additional fees.
Installation Services
Installation services are provided by our certified partner network. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for installation purposes. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage to your property not caused by our installation team.
Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
